Agilent 7080 AccuSizer

Agilent 7080 AccuSizer FX

Use single particle optical sizing (SPOS) on highly concentrated mixtures (like CMP slurries) for accurate particle size distributions.  FX sensors help you find large particles in a mixture of predominantly small particles.

Agilent 7030 Nicomp DLS

Analyze complex, multi-modal sub-micron particle distributions with unprecedented accuracy.  Choose from a variety of samplers, sensors, and lasers for optimum results.  Add zeta potential measurements to characterize the stability of your product.
